Camilo De Bedout is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in the content provided or any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content made available during the lessons.
3. Not a Substitute for Professional Advice
The lessons provided are for educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice in any specific field.
4. Technical Issues
Camilo De Bedout is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to connectivity problems, hardware failures, or software malfunctions that may prevent the delivery or reception of lessons.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during the lessons, including but not limited to lesson plans, worksheets, and recordings, are the intellectual property of Camilo De Bedout and are intended for personal use only. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is prohibited.
Terms & Conditions
1. General Information
All lessons are conducted virtually.
Lessons must be paid for upfront.
2. Lesson Plans and Expiration
Individual Lesson: Must be taken within 1 month of purchase.
6-Lesson Plan: Must be completed within 3 months of purchase.
12-Lesson Plan: Must be completed within 6 months of purchase.
Unused lessons after these periods will expire and will not be refunded or carried over.
3. Payment Policy
All payments must be made in advance.
Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellations
Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice.
If a session is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, the session will be considered completed and charged accordingly.
5. No-Show Policy
If the student does not show up for a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and charged.
6. Technical Requirements
Students are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technical equipment and a stable internet connection for virtual lessons.
7. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor during lessons.
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the lesson without a refund.
8. Confidentiality
All personal information and lesson content will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Camilo De Bedout reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. Students will be notified of any changes.
